A DECADE OF DIFFERENCE
2024 Impact Report

In 2024, PA Treasurer Stacy Garrity announced that Keystone Scholars families had saved over $100 million in PA 529 savings acounts at a local press event. Keystone Scholars automatically provides a $100 education investment for every baby born to, or adopted by, a Pennsylvania family since January 1, 2019, using no taxpayer money. PA 529 accounts provide a tax-advantaged way to save for post-high school education. Our program, Fund My Future PGH, actively promotes the Keystone Scholars program to our families, and so we were recognized as an outstanding partner at the event. Pictured above are some Neighborhood Allies staff and board members in attendance!Â
expanding opportunity
This report reflects our progress, aspirations, and values—as we lead reinvestment in Pittsburgh’s neighborhoods—equitably, effectively, and efficiently. All of this work is to ensure that we foster neighborhoods of opportunity and social mobility, in service of those most at risk of being systemically isolated and removed from economic opportunities.
