Neighborhood Allies is recruiting new resident leaders to join our Grassroots Grantmaking Committee (GGC)! Joining the GGC allows you to take a more active role in the transformational improvement of your neighborhood as well as others throughout Allegheny County.
As a GGC member, you will be responsible for reviewing Love My Neighbor! grant applications and making final funding decisions that support transformational projects within our focus communities. The GGC is comprised of a wide variety of engaged residents from each of our target geographies, and their expertise allows them to make funding decisions that are truly by residents, for residents. As part of our Neighborhood Allies team, they also bring a value that is unmatched, inspiring us to make resident-informed investments in all of our grantmaking processes.
